Just found: Tons of amazing Native American Indian rock art, & need ANY HELP you can offer!!

Hello All!

My name is Marla, and I live in Northern Kentucky near Cincinnati. I'll make this short for now...... I'm new to blogging and to collecting Native American stone artifacts, so I need your help, and your patience please! I have collected fossils and rocks all over the country for many years, and consider myself to be pretty knowledgeable in those areas. However, my hunting has recently lead me to an enormous amount of Native American portable rock art, tools, & other artifacts....of which I know little about. The research I have done has given me some educated theories about who may have made it, and what some of the art may represent. But, I'd LOVE any of your opinions on what you see, first (as to not influence anyone in any way). Here's a pic of each side of one piece, and a close up on it. I literally have hundreds of pieces from the same spot, and there's much more to get if interested. Thank you in advance for any help!

I'll be posting more pictures within the next 24 hrs... thank you!

Thank you!
Marla

  1. Hello, I too have found several of this type of rock. I believe that these were created long before the indigenous people arrived. To me, this could be an example of alien art. How else could this exist? Jack.

    1. hi Gary, Im still researching this one, it got bumped in line so its slow goin. I never thought of your theory, and am looking forward to what, if anything, I can find along those lines. You know anything new?

    2. Sedimentary rock formations with plant inclusions that overtime became metamorphic. Maybe look at it from fire light as it might have been made. Engraved? Familiar shapes at different. Angles?
Or do a little searching for example the Oregon archaeological Society has a rock art online pamphlet you can download that shows some amazing examples and recent study/discoveries.

    3. Hey Gary....its now a year after your comment to me about your theory that the old art/artifacts could be some kind of alien art. I said I had never thought of that and wanted to do some digging. Well I didnt do research digging, I did actual digging lol. After cleaning & studying hundreds upon hundreds of these things by myself, with no outside influences, I have come to the belief that alien art is exactly what it is. I have far to much that cannot be explained, even with conventional ways we have of engraving/altering stone. Far, far to much! Microscopic images in great detail that the human eye cant see, and some even needing different light wavelengths to see. How could humans do that long before microscopes & magnifying glasses? They couldn't, unless they had super bionic xray blacklight kryptonite vision now could they lol!

    4. Thank you Katherine J.! I will try all your suggestions! I just read an article in the last week that mentioned using firelight to best asses what ur seeing, if whatever you're seeing was made by firelight. Sounds simple enough, but it hadn't crossed my mind. I always have looked at, & photographed them in the evening, with med-low room, because I always see far more images & 3D aspects at night than I do in the daytime...I just didnt know that was why! Then, I just read ur comment and the light finally went on lol. Thats a cool thing to know, and real firelight is next on my agenda! Thanks again

    5. Is there anyone around these days on this topic.
I have had the same experience. I cant understand why the archeological community refuses to discuss this.i have a honey hole of them myself. We have been wrong and we need to admit it

    6. I also believe somehow we have site yo see these that others do not. They wont open their minds to its possibility. I consider it sad that they are this ignorant! All things are POSSIBLE!

    7. I am in complete agreement with you that others do not have the capability to see the amazing images that we do.

  5. I've been hunting artifacts for about 30 year. I found my first effigy 25 years ago witch started my research. They are called story stones or pocket art. I noticed a few years back that you can find them anywhere in the united states. I have been all over and find them. I have took some to some so called experts and was told that they was just rocks. My theory is that it date's back to pangea that's why you can find them anywhere. Hot me back and I can send pictures of some of what I have.

  6. I also have found many questionable items. I've asked a few people educated in paleontology and geology and am being put off. They don't want to admit what I have. They would have to change huge amounts of information everywhere.
September 15 of this year was an article released about the Geological society admitting that there has been a large amphibians extinction millions of years ago.
That is what I believe I'm seeing. My collection is huge. I'm looking forward to the day this all comes out in the open. Feel free to contact me to exchange info.

  7. Well, well finally more like me. I'm in Northeast Texas and basically sitting on a quary. Effigies, tools, etchings, stories, scenes, etc. Simply amazing how they could put so many things on 1 rock and not damage the integrity of the previous work.Very interested in sharing pics and theories. These rocks tell the story of the people.

I have also found many of these artworks. Most are story rocks with pictorial language. I also had to purchase a microscope to view the tiny depictions. Mar,the Sun God, also know as The Spirit, is depicted on almost all of the pieces. His wife Ana is the beautiful lady that is depicted. Mar was the Chief of the Tuscarora whose symbol, the Thunderbird, can be found all over the world. He traveled the world with many artist and is most likely the source of much of the sculpture.

  14. Hi I'm Jerry I do believe that is a story stone. I'm from green up county originally. But now live in Ohio I've found alot of similar stone's and they turned out to be story stones. They would have been put with a burial. Well the bones rot away leaving the stone's that's probably why you found so many in one spot.

  15. Has anyone cut them to see if the pattern goes through the rock?

  16. OH MY GREAT SPIRIT! I can't believe I finally found discussion on this, and others who are just as clearly seeing what I am. At this point, I have literally thousands of works of art like this, but I also have many many examples that are made of material other than stone. My family is practically ready to admit me, my husband thinks I'm completely psychotic for believing what I'm seeing , and doesn't see anything according to him. The items I have supposedly couldn't possibly be from more than 2 to maybe 50 years ago, yet I am 100% sure that they are. Science says that what i have is impossible, yet these items have been formed and/or micro carved without question. I don't necessarily want to publicly share my findings here, but I would absolutely LOVE to have more one on one conversation with others who share this experience. I would be happy to share picts of examples of every type of item I have. I'm so lost on this topic, and it's been consuming me! Please please please email me if you have anything to share... knowledge, thoughts, theories, pictures, anything... I need to speak about this with others who see! Thank you, and God Bless. Angie

    3. I found one with a tiny microscopic square that has a perfect image of a bird man. My best friend thinks it's a hoax but I see the same squares in other rocks. You can only see it under a microscope. I thought I was the only one to find something like this.

  17. Marla, I too have tons of unexplained unidentified rocks/fossils/ artifacts/ thousands of the same shape, usually long triangle shape, imprints of marine type. I would love to share my findings with you, unfortunately ‘out of anger’ I had to delete my photos and I had tons of them! I got to my breaking point and frustrated! Nobody wants to listen to me talk about my ideas and theories, sometimes it’s best to just walk away rather than let the topics and discoveries consume my life, I always circle back to the subject and that’s when I find more things!! Constantly! I know what I see isn’t your normal everyday rocks!! They can’t be! I think my family and some friends will eventually open their minds, it will never happen until a professional can identify them though, who that would be? I have no idea 🤷‍♀️ I just know what I see! Believe me, I will be outside for 24 hours taking pictures if I need to! I also appreciate you and coming forward with your findings, I would love to further our communication, my email address is Sharlenaforys@icloud.com hopefully to hear something from you, thank you again the date is June 23,2022 sharlena😊

  18. Trimble county Kentucky here! Found an entire creek made of effigy's, bird stones, stone tools, many that look like your picture and so many more! When I clean them with bar keepers friend and a toothbrush then run hot water over them all the years worth of crud that looks and feels like rock melts away and takes it down to the original artifact. Then I polish with a dremel

  20. I think the pictures are of natural occurring nature. No art except by coincidence… I am finding numerous engraved or sculpted depictions of elephants and profiles of individuals that would indicate to me that they predated Native American artifacts in the Redding ca area

  24. I believe your rock is Fossilized Coquina, with most all of the shells being just fragments. The second picture in the upper right hand corner, shows one image with some ruffled/fluted edges, this would be some type of scallop shell. For other examples, and images, look up Coquina Jasper.
